Terms of service

These terms apply when you connect, administer, or use a wiki generated by dwik.

Authority to connect a server

You may connect a Discord server only if you are authorized to administer it and to make the selected content public. You are responsible for choosing eligible channels and for obtaining any community notices or permissions required for publication.

Acceptable use

Do not use dwik to publish unlawful content, private communications, credentials, personal data without authority, malware, harassment, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not bypass Discord permissions, service rate limits, review controls, or removal safeguards.

AI-assisted content

Generated pages may be incomplete or wrong. Citations and automated audits reduce risk but do not replace professional advice. Server owners can preview pages before enabling publication and remain responsible for their public wiki.

Removal and suspension

dwik may noindex, unpublish, pause, or remove material while investigating a report or protecting users. Server owners may pause or delete their wiki. Repeated abuse or a loss of authorization may result in account suspension, an account ban, wiki suspension, or tenant deletion. Deleting an account profile does not by itself delete a connected community's wiki.

Availability and liability

The public-beta service is provided as available and may change or experience downtime. To the extent permitted by law, dwik disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from generated content or service interruption.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Questions, disputes, and removal requests can be submitted through the public reporting workflow.
